SHIPPING:
Ready-to-ship garments and accessories will be posted within 3 working days.
Pre-order garments and accessories are shipped within the 2 months that follow after the pre-order window closes.
Please look carefully at the current window’s closing date in order to calculate an accurate estimated shipping date.
As LARTIGUE works with a multitude of independent seamstresses and microfactories to cut and sew pre-order garments, LARTIGUE cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our production partners.
If you would like an update on your pre-order at any time, do not hesitate to contact studio@lartigue.co.uk.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
For international orders a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. LARTIGUE is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Please be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods will be held at customs and it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges in order for the local authorities to release the goods.
Any further enquiries should be directed to studio@lartigue.co.uk.

LARTIGUE accepts returns or exchanges on any ready-to-ship items.

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so no less than 10 working days prior to the pre-order window closing as this is when the fabric order for your particular production run will be placed.
